Refund Policy

72-Hour Cancellation Window

You may cancel your purchase within 72 hours of payment for a full refund minus a $150 processing fee. To request a cancellation, contact us at [email protected] within the cancellation window. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Replacement Guarantee

If a candidate placed through Staff The Mission's Smart Search (Tier 2) service leaves the position within 6 months of their start date, Staff The Mission will generate a new curated shortlist at no additional cost. This guarantee applies only to Tier 2 (Smart Search) placements and is subject to the church providing timely feedback during the replacement search process.

Evaluation Tools Disclosure

Staff The Mission uses structured evaluation tools to help identify candidates whose profiles align with role requirements. These tools analyze publicly provided profile information against church-defined criteria including role fit, experience, and cultural alignment. All recommendations are reviewed by our team before delivery.

Religious Organization Exemption Notice

Staff The Mission's evaluation framework includes faith-based criteria (calling, theological alignment, cultural fit) under the religious organization exemption to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Churches using this platform acknowledge that they are religious organizations exercising their lawful right to consider religion as a factor in employment decisions.

General Terms

By purchasing a service through Staff The Mission, you agree to these terms and conditions. Staff The Mission reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

All services are provided on a per-search basis. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect active, paid searches.
